Probably a stupid question...

... but I couldn't find anything about it in the Wiki, or in searching the forums: how do I actually populate the FAQ Knowledgebase? I go to the Staff panel, Knowledgebase tab, FAQs link... there's nowhere to actually create FAQ entries.

Am I missing something stupidly obvious?

Okay, I guess I had a different idea of what a "knowledgebase" would be - to me that just looks like a section to setup pre-defined ticket topics and things like default assignments, priorities and so on. The "knowledgebase" to me would be more of a FAQ/Wiki section where users would be able to look up issues and solutions on their own, before creating a ticket... a "self-help" troubleshooting kind of concept. At least, that's what I'm used to seeing with other sites' "knowledgebase" function.
