Server Transfer and keeping all tikets

Hi,We are about to migrate to a new server and our old server contains OSTicket 1.6ST. We are not satisfied to copy the current 1.6ST system files to the new server due to security concerns.I've copied the exact same data base to the new server. Also installed the newest OSTicketing system with access to the copied database, even with the exisiting table prefix. However it seems like previous DB data is not fetching.Is there any way to get the old tickets back?Thanks,inckka

1. Copy the data base and the config file to the new server (or copy the settings from it).2. Install the new files.3. Perform the upgrade to the database via the upgrader.
