I want to assign specific tickets manually to specific staff. Currently, when I do this, it sends an email to the staff as:
Name,
Admin has assigned ticket #520787 to you!
please re-ship this, thanks!

I'd like to have a link included to the ticket so they don't have to search for that number. I'd like something like "this ticket has been assigned, click here to view the ticket".
How exactly can I do this?
