Hello there;Just updated to v1.9.4. It looks great but I have an issue that may make me downgrade again to lower version. Normally when I reply to a customer, the issue is resolved so I close the ticket with every response from me. When the customer replies back, the ticket is reopened. In the old version there was no notes about it, there was no extra email notification regarding it. Now after the new update, there are a note in the ticket with both actions ("Closing" and "Reopening" the ticket) along with an email notification to me! I hope there's a way to disable that!Thanks in advance.Bye.
