Authentication :: LDAP and Active Directory Plugin

I have downloaded the LDAP and Active Directory Plugin here:http://osticket.com/downloadThen uploaded uploaded the phar file to the include/plugins folder of your osTicket installation per the instructions.I am not seeing any of the users however. Is there something I am missing?

Yes, I have setup and enabled the plugin.I changed the Search User account to use the following format and it worked:SHORTDOMAINNAME\usernameThanks for your help!

Actually I had one other question. When I go to create a new ticket I see all of the AD users.When I go to the Staff Members section there is nothing there.Is there a way to import everyone into the Staff Members section?

You would have to export the users into the format that osT wants it and import them.Generally speaking not ALL staff need osT accounts so you might want to just create accounts for the staff that needs them.

I have copy auth-ldap.phar in include/plugins but when not display in the list (on tab plugin in admin panel). Why ? i'am logout and login again but it not yet display. I don't enable or setup.

when i click on Add new Plugin button i have this message :

Install a new pluginTo add a plugin into the system, download and place the plugin into the include/plugins folder. Once in the plugin is in the plugins/ folder, it will be shown in the list below.

But the file is into directory !

Then you either:Didn't put the plugin into the right place in the web tree-or-Your PHP is not configured to use .phar files. Please check your configuration.

Resolved ! Thank you. Own server dont't configured to use .phar file. I installed extension php-pharServer config : mandriva linux 2010.2PHP : 5.3.14 - MySQL : 5.1.63# urpmi php-phar# service httpd restartIf this information can be of use to the other persons
