I went through and added a new field on the client side, and it works great. On the staff side, I followed (these instructions) to have the data fed into the "Edit Ticket" page. However, I want it displayed immediately when a ticket is opened in the backend. So when I go to Opened tickets, and click on a ticket, I want the data from those fields displayed near name, email, etc.
How exactly do I add this? What file specifically do I edit to do this?
