New ticket from existing ticket

Is there a way of creating a new ticket from an existing ticket.

Say I have a ticket;

Full Name Bob Bobson

Email Address: bob@email.com

Tel: 12 3 456 789

Subject: New Ticket

Message: I want a new ticket.

I would like to add a button that creates a new ticket populated with:

Full Name: Bob Bobson

Email Address: bob@email.com

Tel: 12 3 456 789

is the purpose to re-create a new ticket based on that ticket not being resolved? or is the purpose to open a new ticket for a new issue but open that new ticket using the current 'customers' info from the existing ticket you're in?
