Hello Osticket lovers,
I am wondering if someone have implemented the following procedure in osticket.
We have a public website with a unique login for our customers. When the customers has been authenticated, they should be able to create and list there trouble tickets. Therefore, we have added an iframe on our website towards our osticket system. We will use osticket as a closed ticketing system so we are always going to the following url : http://osticket/osticket/scp(http://osticket/osticket/scp). When arriving on this page, authentication is required. We would like now that there is no authentication at all as our customer is already logged in on his personal page so that he sees directly his open trouble tickets. How can we accomplish this ?
