Hi,
I created an email called support@mydomain.com. MyDomain's email is managed by Google Apps. In order for receive support@mydomain emails within osTicket, I enabled POP and SMTP on this email address and gave the same credentials and password within osTicket. But when I have a friend send an email to support@mydomain.com, it goes and sits in the inbox of support@mydomain and doesnt get copied to osTicket. What should I do?
