I've found it a problem in our team that once they open the ticket they can no longer see the Subject that the client typed in. Is there anyway that i can add this to appear along with the information below  - as you can see in the example image its the only information that doesn't appear on the tickets page.Any advice would be great.

I'm sorry but I'm not sure what you mean.  Perhaps you could include a screen shot of the behavior tht you are experiencing?   Also Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting

The Ticket Subject is shown just above the Ticket Thread...
