Hi,
I would like to use OS Ticket for my site to allow people to get support for their pc hardware but I would like to have drop down boxes that contain manufacturer/model etc. For instance, Choosing Dell would then allow them to select a model for dell or "not listed/other" if it isnt there.
Obviously I have a massive undertaking as I would have to have a list of every single PC/Manufacturer/Model etc but Im prepared to put in the time to do it.
Is there a way I can create this custom form and then integrate it into OS Ticket?

Edit* I forgot to mention that If their hardware isnt listed then just a blank box to type their Manufacturer/model in would be fine
