Configuring Attachment

Hello,

I am very new to OSTicket, so I am trying to figure some things out. I've enabled attachments, but every time I attempt to save it it tells me the directory is invalid or not writeable.

My install is /helpdesk, and chmod on the directory /attachments is set to 777

So my question is, does the folder it is asking for need to be in the root / or in the /helpdesk folder?

I figured it out; it has to be in /scp
