I would like to use osTicket as a mean of tracking tasks needed to be done for a project which is handled by me and a friend of mine.
Following the advice in http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8143(http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8143) I disabled the client side and I now have only staff site.
I still need to simplify the form for opening tasks by staff. I read http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=873(http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=873) but want to know what the easiest way to remove fields from that form is? Do I need to go over all those steps or can I just delete several fields from staff\newticket.inc.php ?
