I'm developing a web user control in asp for a client. He needed a system for costumer support and OS Ticket popped up!
The system has to be incorporated into a DotNetNuke site and so far I already came up with with a solution to create tickets from DNN sending information directly to MySQL Database but now my client request the user to be able to upload screenshots.
How can i attach files to tickets created this way?
How dows os ticket handles upload attachments?
I'm using osticket 1.7
