You have not really provided us with enough information to give you any
meaningful help (Such as your version of osTicket). Please help us to help you by
reading and following the posting guidelines located in this thread: Please read before requesting assistance.That being said I'm not real clear by what you mean by "attach an email". Depending on the version you are running you can add additional collaborators via the Add Collaborator link in the ticket view. If you mean change the owner of a ticket you can do that too.
