I have a problem and i really don't know why.
In osticket, when i create a new ticket as a client, with my personal email adress like @[deleted] it work very well.
The problem is, when i create a new ticket and i use my job email, like, besss@mycompany.net i have this message error on the top of my page:
Warning: mail() : SMTP server response: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local in F:\wwwroot\sedansa.be\subdomains\new\httpdocs\shop\support\osticketmulti\upload\include\pear\Mail\mail.php on line 128
and i don't receive the confirmation of my opened ticket.
It's the same problem with the message alert in the backoffice of osticket.
When, i put my personal hotmail adresse to receive alerts when someone open a new ticket, it works, i receive an alert. But when i use my company email adress, it don't work.
What have i to do to resolve this problem please ?
