Send a email out when a ticket is received

How do I send a email out when a ticket is received?

For example I am the administrator, and I am trying this out.. I'm not really planning on checking it everyday.. Is there anyway that I could change the settings so it could automatically send a email to me when I receive a ticket?

Yes, you would check enable for "New Ticket Alert:" which is located in:

Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices
