I was using the system fine for many months now.
In the admin panel I changed one of the emails and now only the person submitting a ticket receives the notice. The admin does not get notified. I tried changing it back with no luck.
I have 2 other departments so I tried changing the email with another one and the same thing.
The third department is working fine ( I have made no updates ).
Under Autoresponders they are Enabled.
Autoresponders (Global Setting) are Enabled as well.
I did check the PHPMyadmin panel and the emails are being written to the table correct.
The only other thing I did was add two more admins to the system but they have not made any changes.
