Unable to connect through SMTP

I have hosted a website 'example.com' than I created an email address named 'support@example.com'The problem is I can configure the outgoing email address on outlook but I am unable to configure that email address to my ticket system... The error I see is:Failed to connect to mail.lancerhop.com

hey,try to use Port Number: 25 (or 26) and turn off "Authentication Required"

"Connection time out". Sounds to me like your web server doesn't have permission to talk to your mail server, and/or that there is a firewall blocking the connection.
