The thing is the message has been changed now. The problem now with the message it tells the user that if the don't get the reset email then they should open a ticket. er - if they cannot logon because their password needs resetting then they cannot logon to open a ticket to say they cannot logon. LOL.
I think that would depend on how you have things setup... as they could always create a new users account or use a different email address. They would still be able to open a ticket via email also.,
