All-
I'm running (or attempting to) the current distro.
Php- 5.0.4
Apache - 2.0.54-10
mysql- 5.0.18
(had to blank out some of the names but it shouldn't matter)
First error.
After completion of the install script it defaults to a page that says it's not there though it clearly is (ie i can see it in the directory)

Second error- if I go to the root of the directory it's installed to I get these errors
