So I don't have the issues alot of others do with email not gettign sent, but it appears they only send once I've been logged in to the admin of osticket. So if a week or two went by w/o me logging in it doesn't send the stale ticket alerts. If a user creates a new ticket it still seems to work, but not stale alerts go out. Is there a good way to fix this while stil using the PHP mail function, or is that even a factor.
