Problem Fetching Mails

I installed osTicket. But I can't fetch Mails from my IMAP Server. I read about the API.

I don't have the ability to make a cron Job @*Hoster. I need to fetch the Mails via external Cron-Server (https://www.setcronjob.com(https://www.setcronjob.com)).

But what do I have to do, to get it work?

I add an API, with the correct IP and a API Key.

Then, I go into the Browser and type in:

http://help.domain.com/api/cron.php?user-agent=(http://help.domain.com/api/cron.php?user-agent=)

But I only get the Error Message 77.

Can anyone help?
