use the same email address, and filter tickets based a certian location

I am at a school system and wanting to implment OS Ticket, I have techs at 13 locations, i want to use the same support@mydomain.com for all locations as well as keep the tech to only see there tickets for the respective locations. I and new to mysql and php, i am running verison 1.6 of OSticket. Thanks.

OSTicket does not inherently have built in support for what it sounds to me like you are asking. However there are a number of Mods in the Mods forum that may assist you in achieving this goal. Installing mods does mean that you should probably have some basic PHP coding skill so you understand what your doing.
