Deleted Tickets Reappear Next Time I Log-In

I just started the implementation of OSTicket. I put in quite a few test tickets. I have closed all of them, when I select them and Delete them they appear to be deleted. However, the next time I log-in they all appear as new tickets with new ticket numbers? I have searched pages of current threads, but have not seen anything like this.

It sounds like they aren't being deleted from the mail server. Do you have your settings set to delete messages as they are fetched?

I found the setting you are talking about an it was not checked. I checked it and the deleted tickets do not reappear now. Problem solved. Thank you.
