I am trying to get osTicket to auto assign tickets to staff. I have created the help topics and changed the Auto-Assign to field to the user it should be. I have 3 help topics and 4 users, 1 set as department manage on both departments, that why he can see everything. I am I missing something to setup the auto-assign, be cause the tickets are coming in as unassigned.
Are you referring to scottro's Auto Assignment mod?
