So, for exemple, if in the intranet of my company, my username is besss and my password is bessspass i have to use that in the configuration of osticket ??
And, i have an other question. I am trying to install osticket for the company where i work. And, when i asked to my boss the email informations to configure osticket, he just told me that we use imap, and that i just have to enter the intranet adress on the host field and that's it... BUT it don't work.
It is really the intranet adress i have to enter in the host field please ?
I also don't have the exact port number, it maybe don't work because of that ?
To summarize, i completed the email config like that:
Username : my intranet name
Password : my intranet password
Host : intranet.mycompany.net
Port : 21 (at random... )
Protocol: IMAP
It's look like correct ?? ...
So, please help me to find the correct informations i have to ask to my boss to complete the email configuration. I really have to finish that please.
