Email templates and pages not translated, normal?

Hi,I've just installed and configured osTicket 1.9.4-RC4 on my server with the French language package (fr.phar).Admin panel, dashboard and front panel (customer side) are in French, perfect.But the pages and the email templates are still in English.I would like to know if I have an issue somewhere or if it is normal and it's up to me to translate email templates content please. Same for pages.The "osTicket default template" is selected and French is selected. Headers are in French but not the content of the templates.Thanks.

RC4 is a release candidate and pushes the translation feature into Phase 3 (of 4). As it is a release candidate and it should probably not be used in a production environment. The translation feature is not finished at this time. What you are seeing is normal at this stage in the process.

In addition to @[deleted] comment, let me mention that the templates are translated as well, but not every language is fully translated yet. The German language is at 100% (which I know as German proofreader/translator), but if I remember correctly, French was not fully finished, so there are parts missing and beside that, as ntozier mentioned, 1.9.4 is at release candidate state and should not be used for productive environments. So you will have to wait for 1.9.4 stable/final and if you like to help, join the French translation team ;)

Thank you for these replies. I'm going to figure out how to downgrade to the last final version without loosing my settings.@[deleted], On the translation website, French is done 100% on all topic. Not validate but marked as 100% translated.This ticket can be closed, thanks again.
