Delete user not possible

User tickets / User directory

It is not possible to delete a user or register a user. When I click on the text; the system doesn't do anything. The problem is: there are two users with the same e-mail adress. One of them I want to delete.How can I fix this?

It's also not possible to delete a closed ticket. When I sellect any ticket, the system doesn't do anything.

This should include at least the version of osTicket that you are running and information about your setup. Remember when describing the issue a pictures is worth a thousand words.2. Please make sure that your account's group grants you permission to do what you are trying to do. You can view your group settings at: Admin panel -> Agents -> Groups -> YOURGROUP. Specifically the "Can Delete Tickets" permission.3. Two users should never have the same email address. If this was an upgrade they should have been merged. Did you edit the database manually and add a second user with the same email address?
