Hi,in the tab "Reassign Ticket" names are sorted by last name but names are displayed "first_name last_name". Is there a way to change this to "last_name first_name" or change the sorting to sort by first name?CheersMathias
I am not aware of a way to change the sort order using the ui., You would have to change the SQL query that generates that list in the code.This does not appear to be Suggestions of Feedback, so I am moving it to Mods and Customizations.
