I've been exploring osticket since middle July for creating a service desk platform.
I think it is a Very good and powerful tool!
Is there a way to in clients forms to set due dates directly and also to bypass the sla plans ?

I'm not sure that I understand your questions.When you open a ticket under due date pick a date.When you open a ticket select the sla plan you want. You can also make one that's insanely long to pick if you want to.
I just want clients to be capable to choose the due date of the ticket that they are creating! I already tried to create a custom form but it doesn't set me the value in the database duedate field of ost_ticket table!
I can not in the custom form for the ticket details (in the client side) make a field for the duedate of the ticket ... and that duedate will bypass the sla plan ... or in alternative way disable the sla plan. Is it possible?!
