Hi there wonder if anyone can help. This system was set up on an Apache server so i am not very hot up on it. And to be honest not on osticket either. BUT this used to work before it was changed and since it hasn't.
When a user logs a ticket they get a email response with a link to view there ticket on the link asks them to authenticate with a login. Shouldn't this just authomatically log into there ticket. How do i make this happen
