Hello,we've released a new version of osT+ (v1.4.2) which includes additional configuration options for SLA plans. Namely, you can:define SLAs in minutes rather than hoursdefine weekly schedule for each individual SLA, i.e. working hours between 9 and 17, weekdays only. SLA schedule impacts the calculated ticket due dates, for instance tickets raised on Friday at 16 with SLA grace period of 20 minutes will be due on Monday morning, at 9 and not at 17To get the latest version of osT+ that includes this feature, simply download it from our website (it's free). It's a fairly "standalone" addition to the software and can be easily extracted from osT+ so I'll post a mod pack shortly with necessary files if anyone wanted to add it to a standard osTicket installation.I've attached screenshots below for admin panel area to show how SLA list and SLA details page look like:blankblankRegards,SebastianosT+: centralised hub to easily handle multiple business areas with responsive design (free osTicket mod)

Stupid question maybe, but WHY do you develop your own mod/fork/what-ever of osTicket and do not propose the changes, improvements and bug fixes you made back to the original osTicket?!Beside that I personally don't like such advertisement here at the official osTicket forum. Note that this is my personal opinion and I am not a part of the osTicket team. Finally some quotes since this is not the first time you advertise your osT+ here... just see Peter's quote below from http://osticket.com/forum/discussion/comment/86035/#Comment_86035@[deleted] - is osT+ a fork of osTicket? I'm curious because we do develop osTicket openly and welcome contributions from the community. If it is indeed a fork them it might make sense to make it clear (instead of calling it a mod) and perhaps start your own forum?

Beside that I personally don't like such advertisement here at the official osTicket forum.

/Agreed.

And if he doesn't start answering the people who ask him things like this, it's likely that he will find himself unable to post further advertisements.

Hi,Our mod (fork/whatever you want to call it) was developed to satisfy our specific requirements since osTicket, like any other software package, has its own limitations - despite being great/best piece of CS software. The number of changes we've implemented is quite significant, probably outside of osTicket planned development route and would be supposedly difficult to incorporate into the core version taking into account it's number and current osTicket developments.Instead of keeping it to ourselves, the decision was made to release it freely for the public benefit. To avoid confusion, it's been rebranded as osT+ so it's clear and obvious that it is a modification (fork/whatever) based on the core which I state in each "advertisement" post. Some of the tweaks can be very easily ported to the core should the osTicket team want to add them. For instance, the configurable SLA plans mentioned in this thread, which I'm more than happy to share/submit as stated above.I'm following this forum and some less popular features people ask about are already in osT+, for example this one:http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//api-for-osticket-1-9-3osT+ does have extended API:create ticket (in osTicket)add user response (new)add staff response (new)get topic list (new)create new user (new)modify user details (new)get user details (new)I appreciate API is not osTicket team's top priority however we find it necessary so developed and released so anyone can use it if they wanted to. Again, clearly differentiated from osTicket to avoid confusion.osT+ is developed and provided for free - we don't benefit if anyone uses it or not. I thought this forum would be the right place to "advertise" it since it's aligned with the core version of osTicket but with some additional features added.I hope the above makes sense and clarifies the rationale behind osT+ and our intentions. Please do let me know - either here or privately - if you have any other questions which are not "answered" and what the moderator's position is in regards to my further contributions on this forum.Regards,SebastianosT+: centralised hub to easily handle multiple business areas with responsive design (free osTicket mod)

I have had a look at the osT+ website and nothing is different from the main osTicket system other than the good documentation on your site and the SLA mod you are talking about. Hopefully you at osT+ do the right thing and create a fork and give back the SLA code to the community.

Hi @[deleted] As you mentioned Some of the tweaks can be very easily ported to the core should the osTicket team want to add them. For instance, the configurable SLA plans mentioned in this thread, which I'm more than happy to share/submit as stated above.

Can you advise on how to port the SLA play to osTicket? This feature is imperative to my setup. I know others would benefit from the information too.I can't use osT+ as i already have an installation of osticket and I don't want to reconfigure everything.I think you should create a fork and submit your improvements on github!

@[deleted] you are not running osTicket.  You are running a 3rd party mod called osT+.  You will have to contact them for support.  Also the author hasn't responded to this thread since 2014.
