I want to ask about osticket issue that i found.
My osticket verison 1.6 ST.
I try instal by fantastico or manually has same problem.
PHP version 5.2.17
MySQL version 5.0.95
So, if our staff or admin close ticket. is no problem.--> success
but when client reply the close ticket, the ticket reopen. Client able to reply closed ticket. How it can be?
But the status ticket on client is closed.
Need your help Peter, and you all bro.
