I can see in my logs that autocron is running.

and I can manually execute cron.php using wget and see that also shows up in the log files

External cron job executed
If A ticket has been entered on the website and then a user replys to the email comments get posted to the tickets just as expected. Howeve r if a user sends an email to tickets@ourdomain.com a new ticket never gets created.
What am I missing?
this is running on an ubuntu 10.04
mail is fetched via imap.
looks like server version is 1.6
