Try shutting off CAPTCHA and see if it works. Let us know what happens. I've always avoided using the OSTicket CAPTCHA implementation. There are several posts on the forums of people having issues with it. You might want to try searching for that also.
ive shut it off and it still does it, btw not sure if this has somethink to do with it i edited the field that said telephone number and changed it to website url jsut wondering if ive edited it wrong and thats why im getting this problem
