Edit/Remove Internal Notes within tickets

Hi All,

Is there a way to edit/remove an internal note within a ticket providing that the user have full admin rights.

I don't think so. you should try by editing it

There is no way to to edit/remove an internal note in a ticket thread using the ui.There is no plan to change this behavior, not being able to edit the ticket thread maintains accountability.If you know MySQL however you can edit it at the Database level.
