Hi Forum,in few tables I read, for exampe, Well, I'm trying to understand how can I translate those words: I asked to our hosting provider and it told us that server and php is already located on our country and that it isn't possibile to edit those words. So now I think that is a procedure I have to do on the osTicket code, editing some php file. But what?Thanks for any help.Rino
