I am running
v1.9.4-rc2, when user opens a ticket and try to reply after the agent has
replied, user is getting error "The website cannot display the page".
Users replay is not entered into ticket system. Is this some bug or something
is wrong with our system.
The page
user is getting after hitting "Post Reply" is:"http://"servername"/tickets.php?id=20#reply"
(where "servername" is ip of the server)
So as of now
none of the users can reply on their tickets.
Any thoughts
would be appreciated.
