Columns of user tickets

Hi, When I click on a registered user, I get the page with the list of its tickets. In this list , there is a column Department. I would have the HelpTopic instead of Department, but I don't thind the good word to replace dept_name in this line <td><?php echo Format:($row, 40); ?></td>of \include\staff\templates\tickets.tmpl.php file .If you have an idea :) Thanks Couin

There is no way to alter that display via the ui. You would have to edit your core source files.Currently you can Mouse over the ticket number and get that information.What version of osTicket are you running?

Hi, I got good results in staff ticket list with <td align="center" style="background-color:<?php echo $row; ?>;" nowrap><?php echo Format:($row,4,array('exact' => true)); ?></td>but this code doesn't run in the ticket list of client side. I have to dig more to find if possible :)Thanks
