Hey, I think I am to stupid. I have installed the system. Everything is fine. If someone creates a new ticket I will get a mail. But I want that me and another person will get this.... Could someone tell me how I have to change the settings?
I personally find it easiest to set up an email list on your server. Add all the people that you want to get the emails. Then configure the email list's address in OSTicket as the email to send notifications to.
