[resolved] time is one hour off

Have you checked the following:Admin panel -> Settings -> Default Time Zone: and Daylight Saving:Admin panel -> Staff -> each user's timezone and daylight saving setting.your PHP.ini for your set time zone.

-under admin panel the timezone is set to GMT -8 (pacific time), which is correct. Also "Observe daylight savings" is checked which is correct.

-My user acct has the same settings.

Our php.ini that's loaded is

Loaded Configuration File/etc/php5/apache2/php.iniSo I opened that and timezone was blank so I filled it in and rebooted apache

Did you restart the webserver after your php.ini configuration changes?

So do you need to modify the php.ini to fix it? The timezone in OSTicket is selected correctly, but it seems to be ignoring "Observe daylight saving (Current Time: 10/13/2014 6 pm)". Since we are in Daylight Savings Time, if I uncheck it, it should drop back an hour (actually to 6 PM), but if I check it, it should go back up to 7 PM as our server clocks currently say.

When I check it and hit Save Changes or uncheck it and hit Save Changes, the "Current Time" does not change.

php.ini had no timezone set so what I had to do was set the timezone, uncomment that line and reboot apache and that was it.
