1. Need a dash board to be created (google graphs of live data) , it should list the following
* Overall Tickets in Each Departments (PIE Chart)
* Overdue tickets in each department, with different colors along with the time overlapped (Bar Chart)
* How many tickets handled by each individuals of the team (Head lines like Vertical crawling - Example: Mr.John (15/400 tickets today))
* How many Tickets Handled today, yesterday , Day before and last month collectively for both individuals/Departments
* Star performer details ( Scrolling Data which reads - Example : Most tickets handled for today until now is Mr.John 53/300 Tickets)
* Area for Important Announcement to be broadcasted to team
Note :
1. 40/500 means, 40 Tickets handled out of 500 Tickets
2. All of these to be in a single dashboard and not to have scrollbars or so on as its going to be on the monitor and running always.
I and my team of 4 members use this tool, i want this dashboard to be developed, I am willing to pay, but my budget is limited. Please message me with your offers.
