1. When a customer sending an attachment, although the link appears in the monitoring of the ticket, but clicking on the following message NO SUCH FILE and the link is like this:

How to fix this?
2. When a ticket is opened by mail, notification of new ticket is sent only when I connect to the web interface.
How to make this notification occurs in the background, without needing to connect to the Internet interface regularly?
