Hi,I'm not sure if I've misconfigured something on my side.I've created a department where
the Recipiens shall only be the department menbers. Only User A is member of this department. The I've set User B as department manager. In Settings->Alerts and Notices "New Ticket Alert" is only enabled for Department Members. But every time a new email arrives User A and User B get an email notification.Is this a bug or did I forget to configure something?
