I've read a few threads about adding fields to a new ticket but haven't found one that works yet. I've added the FAQ mod, Print ticket mod, so I don't think it's my lack of knowledge here.
I just want to add one required field under telephone that says Office. This would require someone to enter the Office they are from.
Can someone simplify this because the threads I've seen have the 1st post with the mod then a ton of modifications after it for fixes.
I've added a field in my db already called office.
