Hi ,i have already done successfully installation of the osTicket v1.9.2 . After that i have updated the Plesk Panel to the new version (from 11 To 12 )with PHP (5.3.3 to 5.4.3) after the successful updates i am facing the error while opening the link of ticket system as follows -Fatal Error: Contact system administrator.please suggest and help to resolve the issue.Regardsswapnil

You would want to consult your PHP error logs and your MySQL error logs to see what errors are being logged.You could alternatively turn on error displaying and see what happens.
