I fail to send test outgoing messages in Diagnostic tab under Emails on the Admin Panel.
Procedure:
1. Go to Email->Emails to set the values of the SMTP server hostname and port number.
Sending Email via SMTP
Status=Enable
Hostname=10.107.129.68
Post number =25
Authentication Required=No
2. SMTP Server Settings in php.ini
SMTP = 10.107.129.68
smtp_port = 25
3. Restart Apache web server.
4. On Admin Panel, go to Emails->Diagnostic

To: cap12_ehr@dh.gov.hk
Click "Send Message" button at the bottom.
Message "Error sending email - try again." is shown.
The following message is shown in Apache Server error log.
