Trouble with setup

I am trying to install through fantastico in HostGator but I am getting this error message

Install osTicket (2/3)

The installation can not be completed:

- You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.

Click on the browser's Back button to fix reported errors.

I do not know what this means?

You would have to ask HostGator. But it sounds like you have already utilized Fantastico or something similar to install an application in your base www folder. It wants you to chose another folder to install OST too. You should probably just download the current version of OST(1.6ST) and FTP it to your HG account in a new directory.
