Error fetching ticket thread - get technical help.

Hi Guys, Have you ever faced this? blank The cron job was supposed to move fetched emails to the folder Archive, but instead, for somehow, a ticket is created with the error above, and the email is still in the inbox folder (and it goes on and on...).Email settingsMS Exchange Server,Fetching Email via IMAPNo error retuned in OST logs any idea of what it could be?Thanks a lot.

Hi,Here are some details regarding this issue.i've noticed that the issue occurs when colleagues use the fw menu to send email to OSTickets.We're using an MS Exchange email server (you@domain.com)OST is also using support@mydomain.comif a customer (customer@anotherdomain.com) use the forward button to create a ticket by email, then its OK.but it the a colleague (colleague@mydomain.com) forwards an email that he has received from a customer, the system will fail un fetching the email thread, but the ticket is created empty.May it could be related to way Ms Exchange manage forwarded email within the same server...Hope this will help
